Return Policy

This Return Policy explains how Mobilitydynnatur (“we”, “us”, “our”) handles returns, exchanges, and refunds for Equilibrion and related products purchased through https://mobilitydynnatur.world (“Site”). It operates alongside our Terms of Service and the Australian Consumer Law (“ACL”), which provides automatic consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded.

2. Consumer guarantees summary

Under the ACL, our goods must be of acceptable quality, fit for any disclosed purpose, and match descriptions. If a product has a major failure, you may choose a refund or replacement and may also recover reasonably foreseeable loss. If the failure is not major, we may repair or replace within a reasonable time; if that is not done, you may reject the goods and obtain a refund. These statutory rights exist in addition to any voluntary return window we offer below.

3. Voluntary change-of-mind returns

Because Equilibrion is ingestible and sealed for health protection, change-of-mind returns are only accepted when the primary seal is intact, the product is unopened, and you notify us within fourteen (14) calendar days of delivery. Opened or partially used bottles cannot be accepted for change-of-mind reasons unless a statutory remedy applies.

4. Incorrect or damaged shipments

If we send the wrong item or the parcel arrives materially damaged, contact us within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery with photographs of the outer carton, inner packaging, and affected units. We will arrange return labels where appropriate and cover reasonable return postage. If stock is unavailable, we may offer a refund.

5. Product quality concerns

If you believe a batch is defective (for example, unusual odour, damaged seal upon arrival, or labelling inconsistency), stop using the product, retain the bottle and lot details printed on the label, and email us. We may request batch numbers and purchase proof. Depending on investigation outcomes, we will offer repair, replacement, or refund as required by the ACL and this Policy.

6. Return process

  1. Email touch@mobilitydynnatur.world with your order reference, reason for return, and photographs if applicable.
  2. Wait for a written return authorisation (“RA”) including instructions and, where we accept postage liability, a prepaid label or reimbursement method.
  3. Pack items securely in outer packaging to prevent damage during transit. Include a copy of the RA email inside the parcel.
  4. Ship the parcel using the carrier we specify. Retain proof of posting until the return is completed.

Unauthorized returns sent without an RA may experience processing delays or refusal.

7. Refund method and timing

Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method unless that method is no longer available, in which case we will propose a reasonable alternative such as bank transfer with identity verification. Refunds are initiated within five (5) business days of receiving and inspecting returned goods. Financial institutions may take additional days to post credits.

8. Exchanges

Where you seek an exchange for the same SKU because of transit damage, we will ship a replacement after verifying eligibility. Exchanges for different products are treated as a return plus new order.

9. Non-returnable scenarios

Except where the ACL or other mandatory law requires otherwise, we cannot accept returns relating to:

  • products without proof of purchase from us;
  • items purchased from unauthorised resellers;
  • goods returned after the voluntary window without a statutory fault;
  • goods rendered unsaleable because of misuse, poor storage contrary to label instructions, or tampering.

10. International customers

If you ordered from outside Australia, return shipping costs and customs documentation may differ. We will explain any cost allocation before you send goods back. Statutory rights in your country may provide additional remedies; this Policy does not replace them.

11. GDPR and personal data in returns

Return communications may contain personal data such as your name and address. We process that data to perform the contract and meet legal obligations, as described in our Privacy Policy. Retention of return records typically aligns with accounting and dispute limitation periods outlined there.

12. Gift purchases

If you received Equilibrion as a gift, the original purchaser should initiate the return where possible so we can match payment records. With proof of gifting and cooperation from the purchaser, we may alternatively offer store credit denominated in AUD after verifying eligibility.

13. Partial returns and bundles

Where a promotion bundled multiple units, returning only part of the bundle may void promotional pricing. We will recalculate the refund based on the price you would have paid for the retained items at standard catalogue pricing if a bundle discount no longer applies.

14. Lost return parcels

If you return goods without tracking and the parcel is lost, we may be unable to process a refund until you provide evidence of posting or the carrier locates the shipment. We recommend tracked services for higher-value orders.

15. Hygiene and restocking

Returned units that pass inspection may be restocked. We do not charge restocking fees for ACL remedies. For voluntary returns that fall outside statutory rights, a reasonable restocking fee may apply only if disclosed to you in writing before you send the goods; currently we do not charge such fees for sealed Equilibrion bottles returned within the voluntary window.

16. Record keeping

We retain return and refund records for at least seven Australian financial years where required for tax and consumer law compliance, and longer if a dispute is ongoing.

17. Updates

We may revise this Return Policy to reflect regulatory changes or operational improvements. The updated version will show a new effective date at the top.
