Terms of Service
Effective date: 19 March 2026 · Last updated: 19 March 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to https://mobilitydynnatur.world (“Site”) and any purchase or enquiry relating to Equilibrion or other products offered by Mobilitydynnatur (“Seller”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site or submitting an order form, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Return Policy.
1. Business details
Trading name: Mobilitydynnatur
Address: Circular Quay Station, E2/E3 Alfred St, Sydney NSW 2000, Australia
Email: touch@mobilitydynnatur.world
Phone: +61 2 9241 3566
2. Eligibility and capacity
You must be at least eighteen years old and capable of entering a binding contract under the laws applicable to you. If you order on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.
3. Product information
Equilibrion is a food supplement. Product descriptions, ingredient listings, photographs, and suggested use statements on the Site are for general information. Packaging or labels supplied with the physical product prevail if there is an inconsistency. Food supplements are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. Individual responses to supplements vary. Speak with a qualified professional if you need advice about diet, medication interactions, or underlying conditions.
4. Orders and contract formation
Submitting a form on the Site constitutes an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order for reasons including stock availability, suspected fraud, incomplete address data, or compliance concerns. A contract is formed when we send you a written acceptance (typically email) or when we dispatch the goods, whichever occurs first under our internal process. If we decline an order, we will not charge you or will refund any authorised pre-authorisation according to your payment provider’s timelines.
5. Pricing and taxes
Prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD) unless stated otherwise. The price shown at checkout or on the order acknowledgement is the price that applies, except where an obvious error occurs. We may correct typographical errors before acceptance. Goods and Services Tax (“GST”) is included where we are required to charge it under Australian law. International customers are responsible for import duties or taxes assessed in their destination country.
6. Payment
We accept payment methods shown during checkout or confirmed by our team. Card payments may be processed by regulated payment service providers. You warrant that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method. We may verify billing information with fraud-prevention tools. Failed payments may result in cancellation of the order.
7. Shipping and delivery
Delivery timelines communicated on the Site or by email are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise. You must provide an accurate delivery address. If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address or failure to collect, additional shipping fees may apply for re-dispatch.
8. Consumer guarantees (Australia)
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in these Terms limits those rights. Clauses that attempt to exclude consumer guarantees are void to that extent.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting unauthorised access, scraping in a manner that degrades performance, uploading malware, harassing staff, or submitting false order data. We may suspend access where we reasonably believe a breach occurred.
10. Intellectual property
All Site content, trademarks, logos, layout, and product names belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent, except for temporary copies needed to browse or print pages for personal, non-commercial reference.
11. Third-party links
The Site may reference carriers or payment brands. Those third parties operate under their own terms. We are not responsible for external sites linked from correspondence unless we expressly endorse content.
12. Limitation of liability (business users and non-consumers)
To the fullest extent permitted by law, and except where non-excludable rights apply, our aggregate liability arising from or related to the Site or products is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or loss of profit, data, or goodwill, even if advised of the possibility. These limitations do not apply to death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or other liabilities that cannot be limited under applicable law.
13. Force majeure
We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events outside reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, war, strikes, supply shortages, or telecommunications failures.
14. GDPR and international customers
If you reside in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, mandatory consumer and data protection rights apply alongside these Terms. Dispute resolution options referenced in Section 16 do not deprive you of the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence where such rights cannot be waived.
15. Warranties specific to food supplements
Except as required by the ACL or other non-excludable law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose to the maximum extent permitted. Equilibrion is supplied “as is” subject to statutory guarantees. You acknowledge that supplement experiences differ between individuals and that we do not provide personalised medical advice through the Site.
16. Communications and electronic records
By providing an email address, you consent to receive notices about orders, security events, and legally required disclosures electronically. You may withdraw marketing consent separately under our Privacy Policy without affecting transactional messages necessary to fulfil purchases.
17. Assignment
We may assign or novate these Terms in connection with a merger, asset sale, or corporate reorganisation after giving notice on the Site. You may not assign your rights without our prior written consent.
18. Severability and entire agreement
If a provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain enforceable. These Terms, together with the policies linked above, constitute the entire agreement regarding the Site and mail-order purchases and supersede prior oral or written understandings on the same subject matter.
19. Changes
We may update these Terms to reflect legal, product, or operational changes. The revised version will be posted with a new effective date. Orders confirmed before the change remain governed by the prior Terms unless law requires otherwise.
20. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and the federal laws of Australia applicable therein. Courts in New South Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you qualify as a consumer in the EU or UK, you may also have the right to bring claims in your home jurisdiction under mandatory law.
